MEPG has officially opened a new office in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This step allows us to be closer to our clients and partners in the region, making collaboration easier and more efficient.

Our team is excited to bring our experience in MEP design to support the projects shaping the future of the Kingdom. Having a local presence means we can provide even more responsive service while continuing to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

To support our expansion efforts, we’d like to introduce Balachandran Senthilraj, MEPG’s Project Director of the Middle East Region. Balachandran brings over 30 years of experience in MEP engineering and sustainability, with a strong focus on data center design, execution, and optimization in the UAE and India. As a certified CDCP® and CDESS® professional, he integrates digital transformation technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and sustainable practices to deliver NetZero-compliant data centers exceeding 25 million square feet. His leadership in smart building systems has driven significant energy reductions and enhanced operational efficiency through predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring.
