MEPG was honored to be a part of another Kailas Companies project. 609 Jackson Ave is an adaptive reuse project that is repurposing the vacant and former Sara Mayo Hospital in New Orleans. The project will convert the existing hospital property into a mixed-use, 100 unit residential and 14,000 square foot commercial complex and also includes construction of a new 9 story tower, 105 unit.
